Recipients of Excess Food by County, US and Territories, 2023, EPA Region 9

This GIS dataset contains polygon features that represent legal boundaries for counties and equivalent entities for the US and its territories. These polygon boundaries were sourced from US Census Bureau 2022 TIGER/Line Shapefiles. Counts by county were summed from three related tables: 1. Anaerobic Digestion Facility List 2. Composting Facility List 3. Food Bank List. The dataset contains 1,677 polygons with total recipient counts in these counties.
